Terms and Conditions: Egress Prize Draw for Apple device bundle or Magic the Gathering Booster Box

• To enter this prize draw, entrants must: (1) submit a request for a demonstration of Egress Intelligent Email Security online at https://pages.egress.com/Event-BlackHatUSA-08-23_Demo-competition.html before 23:59 PT on 08.10.23, or book a demonstration of Egress Intelligent Email Security in-person at the Egress booth (2852) at Black Hat USA 2023 between 08.09.23 and 08.10.23; AND (2) attend their virtual demonstration before 23:59 PT on 08.16.23.
• There will be two winners who will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by 09.30.23.
• There are two prizes available:
• Apple device bundle including (1) Apple Watch SE, (1) set of 2nd generation AirPods and (4) Apple AirTags
• Magic the Gathering Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth Collector Booster Box including 12 The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Collector Boosters, with 15 MTG cards in each pack + 1 Traditional Foil Box Topper card
• There is no cash alternative to either prize.
• The winner will be notified by email. All entrants are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate and up-to-date contact details.
• If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 7 calendar days of the draw, or the winner is otherwise unable to claim their prize, the Promoter may draw another winner and the original individual will have no right or claim to the prize.
• Existing customers of Egress or organizations with a pre-existing open opportunity with Egress must attend a demonstration of a different Intelligent Email Security product to that already purchased or currently negotiating the purchase of. 
• Technical, sales, and all other current, former, or prospective partner organizations, including value-added resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
• Egress's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be announced on LinkedIn via https://www.linkedin.com/company/egress-software and Twitter via @EgressSoftware.
