Terms and Conditions: Egress Prize Draw for a trip to Napa

RSA Conference USA 2024

• To enter this prize draw, entrants must: (1) submit a request for a demonstration of Egress Intelligent Email Security online at https://pages.egress.com/Event-RSA-05-24_Demo-competition.html before 23:59 PT on May 10, 2024, or book a demonstration of Egress Intelligent Email Security in-person at the Egress booth (4623) at RSA Conference USA 2024 between May 6th, 2024, and May 9th, 2024; AND (2) attend their in-person or virtual demonstration before 23:59 PT on May 10th, 2024.
• There will be one winner who will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by June 30, 2024.
• There is one prize available: Napa Valley package trip for two adults up to a total cost of $2,000, provided by Costco Travel, at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley. Package includes: return flights to/from a single destination within the United States of America, two-night stay at the accommodations at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley, one full-size rental car, and hotel taxes. • There is no cash alternative to this prize.
• The winner will be notified by email. All entrants are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate and up-to-date contact details.
• If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 7 calendar days of the draw, or the winner is otherwise unable to claim their prize, the Promoter may draw another winner and the original individual will have no right or claim to the prize.
• Existing customers of Egress or organizations with a pre-existing open opportunity with Egress must attend a demonstration of a different Intelligent Email Security product to that already purchased or currently negotiating the purchase of. 
• Technical, sales, and all other current, former, or prospective partner organizations, including value-added resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
• Employees from other vendors/exhibitors at RSA Conference 2024 are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
• Egress's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
