Mark takes strategic responsibility for all aspects of sales operation, ensuring that customers and partners receive the best possible service working with Egress. Egress has built a reputation in the market based on technological excellence and the ability to help customers to reduce the risk posed by their own staff when processing and sharing sensitive data. Prior to joining Egress, Mark held a number of senior executive roles including two years as Managing Director of Pareto Law. Mark is also Non-Executive Director at Workshop, a SaaS platform connecting people looking to enhance their personal development skills and training..
Sathees Kanna
Head of IT, CSN Care Group
Sathees Kanna, also known as Kay, is Head of Information Technology at CSN Care Group Ltd, a National Care provider.
As Head of IT, his role is to oversee all IT functions at the company, including the development & deployment of systems and the Security around them. Having worked in the sector for over 10 years Kay has integrated technologies into other areas of the business to drive efficiency and quality, including transitioning an entire workforce to a digital platform for their everyday working via an App; improving compliance and quality.
Kay’s area’s of focus lie within artificial intelligence and machine learning and where more and more systems are built with contextual machine learning to support the user with business decisions, Kay feels this is “definitely an area to watch out for”.
