About the speakers

Geoff Brown

CISO, City of New York

Geoff Brown was appointed Chief Information Security Officer for the City of New York in 2016, a position focused on cybersecurity and aggregate information risk across all 100+ NYC departments and agencies. In July 2017, Mayor de Blasio established New York City Cyber Command, led by Geoff and charged with setting Citywide cybersecurity policies; directing response to cyber incidents; and advising City Hall, agencies and departments on the City's overall cyber defence.

Rachel Wilson

Head of Cybersecurity, Morgan Stanley

Rachel is Head of Cybersecurity at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, with responsibility for protecting the cybersecurity of Wealth Management, Investment Management and Prime Brokerage systems, and the integrity and confidentiality of Firm and client data. Prior to working for Morgan Stanley, Rachel worked for the NSA for 15 years, holding several key senior executive positions.

Stephen Williamson

Head of Internal Audit - Information Security & Data Privacy, GSK

Steve leads the Information Security and Data Privacy Assurance team for GSK. He is accountable for providing assurance to the Board over the Information Security and Data Privacy enterprise risks. His team are responsible for conducting security audits, which provide assurance that risks to information security and data privacy are being managed in accordance with the risk appetite for the organisation.
